Instructions:

Apply sparingly (1 to 2 days a week) to dry or damp hair and scalp using the dropper. Massage scalp for 2 to 5 minutes. Then style as usual.

For a Daily Mist:

Mix 1/3 of oil and 2/3 of water in a spray bottle, then shake up spray bottle to blend elixir with water. Spray daily or as needed. Then style as usual.

Hot Oil Treatment:

Place 8 oz jar or 2 oz bottle into warm water for 3 to 5 minutes and apply to hair. Cover hair with a plastic cap or hot towel for 5 to 10 minutes.
(Optional) Rinse or leave oil in hair and style as usual.
